Mondays at 12 CST- A half hour, online class designed specifically to give you a break from your busy work day.

It’s already been 2 long hard socially isolating years and many of us are feeling disconnected from our bodies and our communities.

Whether your body feels like a scary or joyful place, this space is for you!

When we fully and joyfully inhabit our body and get to connect to people, the world seems brighter, the task ahead often feels lighter, and we move through the day with an extra spring in our step.  

Get ready, because this awesome class:

  • Allows you to let go of figuring out what to do, how many reps, or tracking time so you can enjoy connecting to this lovely community and yourself!
  • Is designed to be adaptable to your space, your schedule, your attire, your skill level, and your movement and fitness goals.
  • Feel like a joyful thing to look forward to instead of another thing to do!
  • Participate and be seen how and when you choose. You can have your camera on or off. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and connected.
  • Are taught LIVE by me each Monday at 12 CST.

Don’t have time for a full half hour? 

No Problem! Lunch time can be tight, and I want this class to be an easeful break but also fit into your daytime needs. 

Class is designed so you can start with us at the beginning and do the first 5, 10, or 20 minutes and still have time for what you need to get done!

Busy Mondays at 12 CST or have an unpredictable schedule?

Can’t make it to class some week, or want a pickup session at some other point before our next class? I’ve got you! Every week you also get a video of the session that is posted for one week that you can repeat any time you like.

To feel connected to our body is our birthright, to feel connected to each other is delight! 

30 Minutes- Online- Once a week

Guess what. Joy is good for you! Exercise and movement is a great way of connecting to your body, and laughing and smiling with friends makes it even better.

Give yourself this half hour to be present and connect with yourself and others. You’ll be SO glad you did!

Come join the One Flea Circus community! All you need is your body internet access and a half an hour once a week.

Class Information

  • 30 min class Mondays at 12 CST
  • A midday break to breathe, move your body, reconnect to yourself, connect with others, and instill more joy and ease into the rest of your day
  • No need to change your clothes or go anywhere, these classes can be done wherever you are.
  • Can’t make it to class some week, or want a pickup session at some other point before our next class? No problem! Every week you also get a video of the session that is posted for one week that you can repeat any time you like.
  • Classes are $21.50 person per class conveniently auto-billed every 4 weeks.
